Chennai calling!!

apun des jaa raha hai, woh bhi videsi babu ke vesh mein :-)

Finally, my boss has agreed for me to go meet my offshore team in Chennai and spend some time with them. The timing would have been nicer if it was in march but any day will accept a sponsored trip back home. More so, if the boss is not around on the trip.

Still remember those days which used to create noticeable buzz in workplace during the visit of onshore team. Those were the days when I was new to software industry and was working in offshore setup. Wonder if my offshore team has the same enthusiasm to work with me in coming few days.

Thanks to chennai weather, away from work you can catch me with my summer wear here

Drive ahead.....

On a lovely late evening enjoying the breezy weather, two relatively unknown individuals interact with each other for the fourth time(yes he did count) over phone. Although thoughts do not synchronise on either ends but at certain wavelength they do strike a chord. Just when the two decide to hangup.

Him: Hey, its an easter weekend and am planning for 2-day roadtrip across the shores of Victoria.
Her: You will call me naa...
Him: sochenge..
Her: are waah....then, how did you call me today?
.
.
Again the conversation kickstarts with a sense of tu tu mein mein with neither side ready to budge. Finally the call hangs up in a state of incompleteness. Both of them do not interact with each other during those two days.

Two days later, he comes back from the roadtrip only to be notified from his parents that it is all over. He is neither agitated nor happy. He accepts it as though instinctively he know this was coming sooner than later. Before moving on, he wishes all the very best for her future personally and professionally. Unfortunately he does not find any communicable medium which could carry the message to her. Hence the message gets buried within his sensory frame.
